Crossminds advised CZAV with the acquisition of ForFarmers Netherlands. With this takeover, CZAV further expands activities in arable farming. CZAV will transfer the activities to the new entity Agriant B.V. The annual revenue of the acquired activities amounts to €13 million.
CZAV is an innovative Dutch cooperation with a strong position in the field of purchasing and selling arable products, especially in the southwest of the Netherlands. The company focuses on the arable sector and has a large product portfolio. Its annual revenue is approximately 400 million and the number of members is around 3,000.
ForFarmers is an internationally operating food company that offers complete feeding solutions for the livestock industry. With 2,273 employees, a revenue of more than € 2.1 billion in the year 2016 and its sales of approximately 9.3 million tons of animal feed, ForFarmers is the market leader in Europe.
