Crossminds supports the management buy-out of Pack2pack

Pack2pack Halsteren B.V. is the leading manufacturer of tinplate packaging materials for the industrial market (pails and cans) in the Benelux. In August 2011 the company was taken over by a subsidiary of the American company Greif Inc. In 2013 the management developed the desire to do a management buy-out. After talking to several investment companies, they decided to realize the buyout with the assistance of investment company Gilde. Negotiations with the seller were initiated and the agreements between Gilde and the management were further elaborated.

Crossminds (Marco du Pré and Pieter Poortvliet) supported the management with the management buy-out process. The transaction was completed on July 31, 2014.
