Jeroen Elst is an enthusiastic corporate finance advisor who enjoys thinking strategically with entrepreneurs. He specializes in conducting business valuations and providing insight into the value and value drivers of a business, which can be helpful in making strategic decisions.

Jeroen grew up in an entrepreneurial family and knows firsthand what entrepreneurship entails. He has been involved in strategic decision-making from a young age, but also knows what it takes to roll up his sleeves and get to work.
He studied business economics in Breda and then obtained his master’s degree in finance from Tilburg University. After his studies, he started his career at Rabobank. He then worked for 5 years at a corporate finance firm in central Netherlands. Since 2019, he has been working at Crossminds.
To better serve entrepreneurs, he completed the business valuation program at Erasmus University. He is registered as a registered valuator with the Dutch Institute for Registered Valuators (NIRV). A registered valuator is the specialist when it comes to a clear valuation.
