From advising (top) management to taking on strategic projects, and from co-managing to carrying ultimate responsibility. Whatever is necessary!
Since 2003, after 10 years of general management, Kees has been working on sustainable development of organizations, mostly in trade, technology, and energy. He does this through advising on strategy, mergers or integration, but also by temporarily taking over management of the business or projects. Criterion: achieving results.
Kees is university educated, has undergone management and marketing training, and has been a Certified Management Consultant for 15 years. He has a lot of experience in issues and challenges that the CEO is confronted with, especially in growth and business development.
Why? To get the most out of it. That’s it.
